LAWN CARE & LANDSCAPING
BATAVIA · GENEVA · ST. CHARLES · ELGIN · WHEATON · ELBURN

You’ve finished the lawns.
Now for the office work.

Quotes to follow up on, rain delays to sort out, invoices to finish. I help you make one of those jobs easier in the tools you already use.

I started Big Al’s Mowing in high school with my friend Phil. My uncle Tom taught us to find customers, keep commitments, and get paid. Those lessons still shape how I work: listen, agree on the job, and follow through.

Bring me the task. We’ll agree on one useful fix, I’ll build it in your tools, and we’ll walk through it together.

Request First Fix · $450

You can start here. No assessment required.

What’s included?
  • A 30-minute scoping call
  • One working workflow and simple written instructions
  • A separate 30-minute walkthrough
  • 30 days of repairs after the walkthrough

One trigger, one outcome, one place the result appears. Connecting two tools can still be one workflow. We agree on scope and a working test first.

Any new software is your cost, with your approval. I only access the tools and information we agree on. I don’t keep your passwords, and I remove temporary access and working copies when our agreed support ends.

If the agreed workflow breaks in the first 30 days, I fix it. Text me at 503-706-8334. New features are a separate conversation.

A request doesn’t charge you or book a call. I’ll email within 24 hours to agree on the fix and a time. Payment is arranged directly before delivery and our walkthrough.
